Step 1 - open Outlook on your mobile phone 

  1. If you have other accounts set up, then you need to access the Add Account menu: 
  2. Select your profile, then select the Settings icon then Add an account
  3. An Add account screen will appear. 

Step 2 - Enter your email address and select Continue.

 

Enter your email address.

 

 Step 3 - Enter your email account password and tap Sign In.

Enter your password for your email account.

 

Step 4 - two factor authentication (only when prompted)

 

If multi-factor authentication is enabled, you will see the following 

 

Check your text messages and enter the 6 digit code.

 

Enter your cellphone number and it will send you a OTP via SMS
